1. About TEAS Experts

TEAS Experts is an online study platform that helps students prepare for the ATI TEAS exam. We are independent of Assessment Technologies Institute (ATI), which does not sponsor or endorse our services.

2. Eligibility and Legal Capacity

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use TEAS Experts. You agree to use the service lawfully, and if you accept these Terms for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

3. Account Registration and Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account, and we may suspend accounts that contain false information or put the platform at risk.

4. Description of Services

TEAS Experts provides digital prep content, including practice questions, mock exams, explanations and progress tools. The features available to you depend on your plan and may change as we improve the platform.

5. Subscription Plans and Stripe Billing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the plan and billing cycle shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes.

6. Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel in time, and renewals that have already been processed are not refundable.

7. Failed Payments and Billing Issues

If a payment fails, Stripe may retry the charge, and access to paid features may be limited until payment succeeds. Repeated failures may lead to suspension or cancellation of your subscription.

8. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel through your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancelling stops future billing, past charges are not refunded, and you keep access until the end of your current period. Plans cannot be paused or transferred to another person.

9. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund for new subscriptions if you request it within seven (7) days of your initial purchase. After that period, fees are non-refundable. Approved refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

10. License and Permitted Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use TEAS Experts for your own exam preparation. You may not share your account, use the content for commercial or teaching purposes, or copy materials in bulk.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the platform, including questions, explanations, videos and design, is owned by TEAS Experts or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute it without our written permission.

12. Academic Integrity and Ethical Use

You agree not to use TEAS Experts to cheat or to share live or confidential exam questions. Violations may result in permanent termination of your account without a refund.

13. Educational Disclaimer

Our content is for study purposes only. It is not professional advice and does not replace official ATI TEAS materials. You are responsible for confirming the exam requirements of the programs you apply to.

14. No Guarantee of Results

We do not promise a passing grade, a specific score or admission to any program. Your results depend on your own preparation and performance on test day.

15. Platform Availability and Maintenance

We work to keep TEAS Experts available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and outages at third-party providers, including Stripe, may occasionally interrupt service.

16. Limitation of Liability

TEAS Experts is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost study time or exam fees. Any liability we do have is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription during the relevant period.

17. Indemnification

You agree to cover TEAS Experts for any claims, losses or costs that arise from your misuse of the platform, your breach of these Terms or your infringement of anyone else’s rights.

18. Privacy and Payment Security

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Payment details are processed by Stripe and are never stored on TEAS Experts servers.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, and changes take effect when they are posted on this page. Continuing to use TEAS Experts after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction.
