2Eligibility and Legal Capacity

Access to the TEAS Experts platform is limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or who have reached the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. By using the platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are using the services for lawful purposes only.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an institution or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3Account Registration and Responsibility

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

TEAS Experts reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that contain false information, are used in violation of these Terms, or pose security, legal, or operational risks to the platform.

4Description of Services

TEAS Experts provides access to digital exam preparation content that may include practice questions, detailed explanations, simulated exams, progress tracking, and study planning tools. All services are delivered electronically, and no physical materials are provided.

Access to specific features depends on the subscription plan selected. TEAS Experts may update, modify, or discontinue features to improve the learning experience or maintain platform performance.

5Subscription Plans and Stripe Billing

TEAS Experts uses Stripe as its third-party payment processor to manage subscriptions, recurring billing, invoices, and payment authorization. When you subscribe to a plan, you authorize TEAS Experts and Stripe to charge your selected payment method according to the billing cycle displayed at checkout.

Subscription prices, billing frequency, and included features are clearly disclosed before purchase. Taxes or regulatory fees may apply depending on your location and will be calculated by Stripe at checkout where applicable.

6Automatic Renewals

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Automatic renewal ensures uninterrupted access to your study materials and account features.

It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue. Failure to cancel before renewal does not constitute grounds for a refund once a new billing cycle begins.

7Failed Payments and Billing Issues

If Stripe is unable to process a payment due to insufficient funds, expired cards, or other payment issues, Stripe may attempt to retry the charge automatically. During this period, access to paid features may be temporarily limited.

If payment failures persist, TEAS Experts reserves the right to suspend or cancel your subscription until payment is successfully resolved. You are responsible for keeping your payment information accurate and up to date.

8Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund charges already processed.

After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions cannot be paused or transferred unless explicitly stated.

9Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund for new subscriptions if requested within seven (7) days of the initial purchase date. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact support at teasexperts01@gmail.com within this timeframe to initiate a refund.

After 7 Days: Beyond the initial 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable. Partial refunds for unused subscription time are not provided upon cancellation.

Refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for funds to appear in your account.

10License and Permitted Use

Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access TEAS Experts content solely for your own exam preparation. This license does not grant ownership rights to any content.

You may not share accounts, distribute materials, use content for teaching or commercial purposes, or attempt to copy or download content in bulk. Any misuse may result in immediate account termination without refund.

11Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on TEAS Experts, including questions, explanations, user interface elements, branding, software, and written materials, is the exclusive property of TEAS Experts or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12Academic Integrity and Ethical Use

TEAS Experts is intended to support ethical exam preparation. Users agree not to use the platform to cheat, share live or confidential exam questions, or violate testing authority rules.

Any account found engaging in academic misconduct may be permanently terminated without notice or refund. TEAS Experts may cooperate with institutions or exam bodies if legally required.

13Educational Disclaimer

All content provided on TEAS Experts is for educational and exam preparation purposes only. It does not constitute academic, medical, or professional advice and should not replace official TEAS materials or institutional guidance.

Users are responsible for verifying exam requirements and ensuring compliance with applicable academic or institutional policies.

14No Guarantee of Results

TEAS Experts does not guarantee that use of the platform will result in passing the TEAS exam, achieving a specific score, or gaining admission to any institution. Outcomes depend on individual effort, preparation, and external factors beyond our control.

15Platform Availability and Maintenance

While TEAS Experts strives to provide reliable and continuous access, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or third-party service interruptions, including Stripe outages, may temporarily affect access.

TEAS Experts is not liable for downtime resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control.

16Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEAS Experts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost study time, exam fees, or academic opportunities.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid by you for the subscription period giving rise to the claim.

17Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TEAS Experts, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

18Privacy and Payment Security

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment information is securely handled by Stripe and is not stored directly on TEAS Experts servers.

By using the platform, you consent to data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

19Changes to These Terms

TEAS Experts may revise these Terms periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updates take effect upon posting, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
